The champion who is often associated with „200 years“ has been facing some adversity as of late. As one of the most heavily contested champions in the meta currently, Apehlios has gone 2-6 in its last 8 games in the
Garen’s first active ability, Decisive Strike, give Garen a short boost in movement speed and physical damage when targeting an enemy with the ability. When Decisive Strike is cast, Garen is freed from all slows afflicting him and his next basic attack will silence the target for 1.5 seconds. When this ability is performed correctly, Garen will do a small jump up in the air and do a slam attack on the opponent being targeted. This ability is great for dealing quick damage to an enemy in a lane or securing a minion or canon last hit. It can also be used on towers to deal extra physical dam
But most importantly, the team has proven to the world that there are no boundaries or limits to something if you set your mind to it. That driving passion that brought the world as a whole together to celebrate and be part of something bigger was OG’s most significant achievement. And throughout the years, it has been an adventure for everyone, but with every journey comes an end inevita
Yone’s addition to League of Legends is significant, as Riot Games realized they struck gold when they released Yasuo in 2013. Yasuo has remained one of the most popular champions in League in the seven years since his release, and it’s apparent Riot wanted to take extra care in crafting a El Tigre character to represent his brother. Yone is already a hit, making huge waves in the League community before he’s even made his way off of the Public Beta Environment. Along with the re-release of the League of Legends game mode Nexus Blitz , Yone’s release is sure to bring countless players to the Rift again, or perhaps even for the first t
In their game against Excel, after a team fight win in the mid lane, the team split up. Kobbe went to push the wave in the top lane, while Iván „Razork“ Martín went for Rift Herald and the rest of the team stayed mid to take the to
Although the top team is up for debate, Mad Lions are currently the best performing team in European League of Legends . Just a split ago, they were a group of five rookies, and they’ve since transformed into potentially the most synchronous team in the
OG has made numerous headlines recently with their roster changes, so much that it makes fans fear for the future of its adored Dota 2 team. With Anathan „Ana“ Pham taking an extended break and Jesse „JerAx“ Vainikka retiring from the professional scene, it makes people wonder what’s going to happen to OG. But with OG Seed and OG CS: GO being newly introduced, this could mean a new chapter for the esteemed organizat
The week was full of significant matchups and exciting plays. While there’s still a lot to discover about Europe’s professional League of Legends teams, fans did learn a lot from the matches this past week. Here are five takeaways from Week 3 of the
In an act of pure, unadulterated „teleports behind you,“ Yone’s ultimate does precisely that. Yone dashes forward, damaging every enemy champion he hits and teleports behind the last target, then pulls all enemies hit towards him. This ultimate is a very simple ability that adds more damage and mobility to Yone’s kit. The ability is also able to jump over walls and can be used in a pinch to escape if nee
In his next appearance, „Warden’s Prey,“ players learn that a far worse fate would come to the Aristocrat in the form Thresh, the chain warden. In Warden’s Prey, fans see the Hapless Aristocrat hiding in a graveyard from Thresh, the tormentor of souls. It’s unclear whether or not the Aristocrat would manage to avoid Thresh’s chains and escape the Shadow Isles. Maybe playerscan expect a follow up to the Aristocrat’s story in later expansions, and hopefully, he could catch a much-needed br
The young team finished last split in third place, and are well on their way to another great finish this summer. In the past two weeks, Mad Lions have had impressive victories against Fnatic, Origen and Rouge, the latter most earning them the exclusive first place spot in the standi
Week 3 saw the battle for first place as well as the battle of G2 and Fnatic happen, but get this: they were different games. Mad Lions currently lead the way in the LEC with a 6-1 record through three weeks. Rouge are one game behind them while four teams are tied for the third place spot behind Ro
Overall, without innovative and creative performances from OG’s full active roster from 2018, Dota 2 could be more of a lackluster eSport than its ever been. Mainly because playing Dota 2 is a puzzle, and it’s always different, but the guidelines for playing it are still the same. What OG did was completely go beyond that and create their own guidelines, for example, Topson plays absurd heroes for mid lane, Ana abuses his opponents as IO core, and Ceb takes a break when his team fights and then Axe calls. Together they made a team of unpredictability and top-tier skill, both of which are the ingredients to making history. So without the unquestionability of how an event will progress or turnout, it leaves the world disappointed that Dota 2 may never get as significant as it did when OG owned the professional scene. However, there is still hope. OG will play at ESL One Los Angeles Major Qualifier for a spot in the third Major of the sea
